WELCOME

Since this is my first blog post I will officially introduce myself. I am the beloved wife of Randy Selvidge, and we have a combined ten children ranging from nine to twenty-five years old. We home school our youngest three. Our oldest daughters have given us a total of six (with one in the oven) grandchildren.

Since Randy suffers from MS, I do my best to always be nearby. I work from home doing various jobs on the web, as a professional photographer, author, crochet and quilt designer, and fiber artist. I teach occasional classes on crocheting, photography or horseback riding. Being able to be near when he needs me is very important. Flexibility is also of utmost importance as his disease isn't very predictable.

We live in a small, rural town in Northeast Arkansas. We share our home with seven dogs ranging from chihuahuas to an Akita. Life is slow and simple and we live off the land as much as possible. Both of us are believers that natural is best and we love to study the old ways.

I truly hope that you enjoy my posts and follow me for the adventures in my craft world and life!

God gave us this life to live together. He will provide all we need.
